Tanya and I recently conducted dental education and gave away oral home care goodie bags to the wonderful kids of Charles Peck Elementary School. They learned about the importance of teeth, proper nutrition, correct brushing techniques and the importance of going to the dentist regularly.
Dentistry has a wider scope, clinical side is just one part of it. It is a blessing that I was able to do a different role by going out to the community and making a little difference while doing the profession that I am passionate about!
